The Annual Multi Rotary Club Family and Friends Night starts with an international buffet dinner in the Ballroom of the Amari Resort & Spa. Everyone is invited to meet new and old friends for fellowship and we will conduct the Installations of our Rotaract Clubs of Webster University Thailand and Stamford International University. We will also welcome the annual delegation visit of RC Bangkok South, and Rotarians from RC Bangkapi, RC Hua Hin, and other Rotary Clubs from abroad. The cost is THB 1,300 for Rotarians and guests and THB 400 for Rotaractors and includes the buffet and freeflow wine and beer until 2100h. As part of the Multi Club Weekend, the RCRHH will once again be supporting the RC Bangkapi with their Childrens Day at the Regent Cha-Am Beach Resort. This a great day and volunteers are needed to help transport the disabled children from the coaches to the entertainment area and then to the beach for some time in the sea, and again to serve them lunch. Many of these children have never seen the sea before and it is a very humbling experience to be a part of it. Guests at the hotel also take time to help and organise their own entertainment. Please register as usual if you would like to help at this wonderful day. |

A delegation of nine members from the Rotary Clubs of Joondalup & Nedlands in Australia will visit the club today. Both Presidents, Eliza (one of the youngest in RI) and Steve will give a short presentation on their clubs and explain what activities they are currently involved in. As the delegation will be staying in Hua Hin for two days it is also hoped on the 11th to show them our projects at Nong Khon School and have dinner at the Anantasila. Once again the Rotary Club of Royal Hua Hin and Rotaractors from the Stamford International University will be providing fun, music, provisions and games for the children at Panyakul School in Hua Hin. This is an annual event in which the children can play games, use a bouncy castle and slide, there are trampolines and painting small plaster ornaments. Lunch including ice cream are provided and served by members of the RCRHH. This is a great morning for everyone involved and as many members of the club are urged to attend and support. District 3330 Training Assembly is for All Rotarians
The District Training is all about increasing understanding and providing an awareness on a wide range of Rotary programmes & activities.
The event will be held in the Thammarin Thana Hotel, Tubtiang, Muang, Trang, over the weekend of 10th - 12th May 2019, although it is possible to attend for just one of the days. RCRHH will cover the cost of registration, but attendees will need to pay for their own transport and accommodation. Further details and a full programme will be availalbe in due course **Watch this space**
However, in view of the distance involved it would be appreciated if those interested could register their interest now, so that registration, transport and accommodation can be considered.

The Patrol Police Schools Project charity event is co-organised by Rotaract Club of Stamford International University, Hua Hin Market Village, Rotary Club of Royal Hua Hin, and Stamford International University. The main thrust of the project is to help 11 patrol police schools in Prachuab Kirikhan, but will begin with the first two, Baan Tha Wang Hin and Baan Khao Jao School on May 11-12, 2019. Our Club will donate 195 school bag packs to both school students as it is the beginning of the semester (school term). On Thursday 23rd May 2019, Stamford International University Rotaractors will be holding their International Charity Night 2019, which is co-organised by themselves, the Rotary Club of Royal Hua Hin, Hua Hin Market Village and Stamford International University. The party will be held on at Hua Hin Market Village starting from 5:30pm with the purpose of raising funds for the Rotaract Club of SIU, enabling them to complete their University Social Responsibility activities. This year their charity project is to help support 11 Patrol Police Schools in Prachuabkirikhan, at the border of Thailand, with the first event already planned for 11th - 12th May 2019. The main event for the evening will be the Bohemian Costume Contest, as well as some exciting shows on stage. There will also be food on sale at the many international stalls and beer, wine and soft drinks will be available for sale. Last year members of RCRHH, joined the party, and sponsored the evening with 10,000 Baht for the cash prizes for the costume contest. Market Village supported the space in front of the department store and other equipment such backdrop, table, chairs etc and Stamford International University with 40,000 Baht for the food stalls, shows, costumes and decorations. RCRHH are sponsoring the prizes again this year. Entrance is free, but all RCRHH members are invited as VIP guests. This will cost 200 Baht, but ensure a seat at a reserved VIP table and some food during the evening, with the option of purchasing more if desired. Please register in usual way via Club Runner if you would like to come along as a RCRHH VIP guest and reserve a seat. |

On Saturday 1st June 2019 in the Amari Resort & Spa Hua Hin, the Rotary Club of Royal Hua Hin will hold its 10th Installation Dinner to install their new President for Rotary Year 2019-20 - Napa Keawtem. It also gives an opportunity to say thank you and farewell to retiring President Brian Anderson who has served the club so well during the past 12 months. The evening includes freeeflow wine and beer until 2130h and an International Buffet. Entertainment will be provided as well as an overview of the achievements of RCRHH during the past 12 months.
