Dear Rotarians of Rotary Club of Royal Hua Hin.
Thank you for supporting The Rotary Foundation’s Annual Fund once again.
Our club has previously had a 100% to Every Rotarian Every year (EREY) fund, however due to pressure from the district last year to pay earlier than April when we normally would have paid, this meant that we had three members who joined after the 1st February 2022, whereby their EREY was not paid as we reduce our membership fees to 3000 Thai Baht to reflect that by February we have paid all our Rotary International and Rotary district fees.
However, the Board and our treasurer will come up with plans to ensure we meet our 100% commitment to the EREY fund
The mission of the annual programs fund mirrors that of the Rotary Foundation: to enable Rotarians to advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace though the improvement of health, the support of Education, and the alleviation of poverty.
Contributions to the annual programs fund the EREY initiative are the primary source of funding for Foundation programs, which cover more than 160 countries and geographical areas on 7 continents.
From digging water wells in Africa to teaching basic literacy skills to children in Latin America, during any given moment, thousands of Rotarians volunteer their time and expertise.
All contributions to the Annual Program Fund are spent wisely on quality Rotary Projects.
