The Rotary Club of Royal Hua Hin were happy to support another joint project in Rotary District 3330. The Rotary Club of Thavaravadi, using a Global Grant undertook a project to provide to two mechanical CPR machines to the Kam Phang San hospital in Nakorn Pathom District.
The clubs in Rotary District 3330 who participated in the project “Mechanical Safe for Life” in addition to the Rotary Club of Thavaravadi were RC Pra Pathom Chedi, RC Photharam, RC Banglen and the RC of Royal Hua Hin.In addition, global partnerships were achieved from the RC Simsbury-Granby and the RC Trumansburg in the USA, and from Japan the Rotary Foundation from RD 2500 Hokkaido. The value of the global grant was 55,100 USD.
The Rotary Club of Thavaravadi also visited the night market at the Pra Pathom Chedi Temple for 12 nights seeking donations and to improve the public image of Rotary.
This project is an excellent example of collaboration not only between clubs in our District, but Internationally as well.
