Our club lunch meeting on 25 March welcomed a delegation of Swiss Rotarians Hans and Stephan from the Rotary Club of Zürich-West, and Hans presented an overview of their club and the service projects that they are involved with. They are here on a mission to visit the Children of the Forest project in Sangkhlaburi this week with our Past President Fredy.
Our special guest speaker of the day was Richard Knight of Business Class Asia who gave an insightful presentation on Financial Planning and Taxation, and how to plan for the future. Richard stated, “Financial planning isn’t just about money—it’s about freedom. Without a plan, you’re reacting, not deciding.”
President Brian updated everyone on our recent and upcoming service projects and activities as well as our club’s 15th Anniversary Fellowship Night scheduled for 1 April. Past President Paul presented Rotarian Prof. Charles with the bottle of wine for the day.
