The Rotary Club of Royal Hua Hin is delighted to continue our sponsorship of underprivileged students studying at The Cambodia Academy for the sixth year. The five students enrolled in year 2024-25 recently provided their heartfelt letters and photos and they are doing very well in school.
Our annual donation of USD 349 per student covers the tuition, uniforms, classroom supplies, two meals a day, roundtrip transportation to the school and inclusion in their health programs.
Special thanks go to our late club member and good friend Past President Hans Eide, the founder of The Cambodia Academy with his vision of providing quality education for the disadvantaged children in the rural community of Mongkol Borei, Cambodia.
Founded in 2004, The Cambodia Academy is a US-based 501c3 charity providing education and hope to more than 300 students and has prepared several hundred students for further high school education and gainful employment.
