The annual RI District 3330 Conference for Rotary Year 121 was again well-attended on 26-27 June in Phuket province. The two-day event was chaired by District Governor Takrit with the Awards Ceremony after dinner. The next morning began with a full day of district presentations and culminated with the Governor’s Gala Dinner under the theme of “Eternity Night” with over 800 attendees in the ballroom.
Our club received the “UNITE FOR GOOD” award for our Sustainable Service Projects, recognition for all of our members’ contributions to The Rotary Foundation, and another award for “Funding Support for Other Rotary Clubs’ Projects”. Certificates of Achievement were presented to both of our Rotaract club partners as well.
It’s always a fun and memorable experience meeting and building relationships with our old and new friends at the district events.
