With our 2021 Annual Rotary Classic only 8 weeks away we have had to make a difficult decision.
Although we have been in full planning mode, behind the scenes, we feel that given the current situation and the unlikely major improvement in Covid cases, in the short term, that the prudent action to safeguard our golfing friends and sponsors is to cancel this year’s event.
We considered re-scheduling in March/April but having two tournaments in a year was not an option and placed a considerably burden on our sponsors. We have therefore decided to make the 2022 tournament a bumper event for our charities and look forward to your renewed support next year.
With careful budgeting, our key education projects namely the Technology Enhanced Learning for Knowledge (TELK) at Baan Hua Hin Nongkhon School and Thai Voices at Petchaburi Payanukul School will continue unimpeded through the year.
The date for next year has been fixed for Friday 25th November 2022 so please ear mark in your diary.
